WOD at Station 12

The gents at station 12 gave me a call today and asked for some experience with their new kettlebells. Attempting to be consistant, I taught swings and high pulls to the crew and we all performed the workout the station 14 and station 7 A shifters did last week:

5 KB High Pulls R/L

5 KB Swings R/L

5 KB Squats R/L

5 Super planks

60 seconds rest

5 Rounds

Walt, Peter and John hung in there and comleted all rounds and put forth quite an effort.
