WOD 1/3/2008

Denny and I stole the WOD from CrossFit Jersey Shore. Actually, I stole the idea and we both did the workout:

5R/5L One arm swing (20 kg)

10 Push Ups

5R/5L snatches (16 kg)

5R/5L clean, squat, press (12kg we tried 16 but it was too much)

10 sit-ups (alternated between Abmat and GHD)

6 Rounds for Time
