Week’s End

For the final workout of the week, Claudia, Lola, Penny, Whitey, Carrie and Kendall  did the barbell complex warmup then rounds of 30-20-10 of box jumps, weighted situps, Burpees/2 and pullups/2. Shalene was also in getting back on track with her workouts. We wish her good luck in her new job that gets under way tomorrow.

Everyone has earned a couple of days off, rest well.
