The workout week came to an end today with Whitey, Tim, Lola, Barb R., Penny and Caleb doing 4 sets of 4 couplets lasting 8 minutes each. It was a fitting workout for the last day before 2 days off.
Yesterday it was all about back squats. Everyone squatted heavy for 3 reps coupled with get up sit ups with kettlebells.
Next week we look forward to preparing the new building and hopefully will do our first WOD there before the Oly lifting training I am attending with Greg Everett in Chico.
Everyone have a good couplet of rest days!
