Ouch!

Wednesday we did a strength growling workout. Snatch balance, shoulder press max, with push press and push jerks. The object was to use your shoulder press max weight through the whole workout. There were some confusing but we  pushed through it and you guys did a damn good job. Have to say LISA OWENS Shoulder pressed 98 lbs! She holds the record at CrossfitCarson Valley for the women. Awesome strenght girl. Nice job! Here is Wednesday WOD- Ouch!

Welcome back Rhonda hope you had fun! After killing it,Wayne laid on the ground awhile trying to catch his breath along with Andrew. You guys did awesome pushing each other.  Great job to everyone it was tough.
