Some gals get intimidated when they hit day 10 of the on-ramp program due to the weightlifting component of our program. Last night Rhonda and Alyson completed #10 which consists of the barbell complex.They enjoyed it, wonder how they're feeling today?

Today we are all doing the complex and the heaviest female weight so far belongs to Nicolette, Michelle H. and Rachael at 83#. Wonder what the rest can pull off?

The real reason for this early post is a link I ran across on Facebook. I don't know anything about the author of the article. I know a little about the Facebook friend who linked it, but found this interesting and thought it was worth passing along: article. This article only addresses one product and I have no dog in the fight. To be fair I will also post whatever rebuttal I see from the company or it's reps.

    Loved the Progenex article…just as we suspected. There really are no shortcuts. And I love the pics of our trainers on the “about us” section. Makes me proud to be affiliated with such a great group of people. Thanks for all you do.

    Funny how the author never addresses Progenex Recovery. In my opinion, the Recovery product is the one worth taking. They did adjust the formula for More Muscle but when they package the two together, it’s worth the price. Which brings me to another error on the part of this author. His quoted price of $125 is what Progenex charges for packaging both Recovery and More Muscle together. When he states that you can get the same thing from a company such as Optimum for half the price, Progenex More Muscle is actually about half the price that he is quoting from the beginning. In the end, what works for one person does not necessarily work for another. I take Progenex and I notice results. To each, his own…
