Today we re-introduced one of the 9 basic movements of CrossFit the medicine ball clean and incorporated it into a workout. The movement seems so simple yet is complicated to perform and teach. All did well but most have work to do in its mastery (including me).
Page returned to see if its really as difficult as it seemed yesterday and will be back tomorrow. Jeff and Michelle are going to give CFCV a try tomorrow as are Brian and Brandon. Should be a good day. Great push ups Nicole and nice kipping Janeen.
