Thrusters and Situps

Today's workout of barbell thrusters 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 followed by situps 50,40,30,20,10 was the workout D'Jour. Both levels did the same workout, the difference being the scaling that occurred. Scaling doesn't necessarily mean easier for some than others, but means that each found the wieght/number that made it difficult but doable. If there were any that did less than they are capable, I didn't see them. There were some that did thrusters at a weight they have never done before and certainly most did more situps than they have done previously.
