Today we worked Tabata intervals a couple of different ways. The level I folks did Tabata squats, jumping pull ups and box jumps. This required 8 rounds of each exercise with 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. A 1 minute rest between exercises was also taken.
The level 2 folks did twice the exercises with the same time intervals. There were 3 mandatory moves consisting of Squats, sumo deadlift high pulls and a core exercise. Then they picked another 3 from the list.
It was fun as Tabata can be and all worked themselves hard. The whole effort started with a 1000 meter row with a joint mobility warm up.
