Thought I would do an entry tonight for the blog hungry.

For those that missed yesterday's workout, we had a blast….As long as you call rowing sprints, burpees, swings and box jumps a blast. We worked in teams of 3 performing the amount of swings, burpees or box jumps (depending on the round) that corresponded with what one of the team members sprinted on the rower measured in calories. There were a total of 11 of us meaning that Claudia and I were a team of 2. 

Depending on the timing, everyone will have an opportunity to train 6 days next week, have fun with that!

    True to that…Saturdays workout was fun and challenging. I do have a itty bitty complaint though! One certain team player, who I would describe as a tall male,very athletic and likes to show off his athletic ability, should have done, double the number of reps, to even the workload! Since I was there to participate in this challenge and I sound like a poor sport right now…..all is forgiven! Great ass- kicker Denny!!
