So CFCV is now operating at full tilt in the new box and there were other gains today. Cindy was the WOD and the cake goes to Shalene. She did her entire 9 rounds as rx’d for the first time. When she first started CrossFit, she jumped on board with the other UBC gals. At that point she couldn’t do a pull up with the wide band, and now she kips 10 in a row.
Cindy was a first for many others too. Dan H., Stacy, Danie, and Sarah were all experienced 20 minutes of pull ups, push ups and squats. Others such as Janeen and husband Jared also made marked improvements over their last Cindy. All in all it was another humbling day, watching as the CrossFitters of CFCV bust their butts to be the best they can be.
