Station 1 Pinnacle

Today, Zac and I did the AOS Pinnacle workout from one of Anthony’s dvd’s. The workout was as follows:Pinnaclewod_2

We did 2 sets of the movements per round with 30 seconds rest between rounds. Both Zac and I started with the 16 and I switched to the 12 for the last set of round 5. Then back to the 16 for everything but the windmills and 1 set of HTH Sumo Deadlifts. This workout is great for kettlebell enthusiasts at any level and provides a good opportunity to practice the most common moves.
