Seth Captures Gold
Following a particularly brutal as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes, Ethan and SEth began playing around with box jumps. Ethan jumped on the 24" box, then stacked a 45lb bumper, jumped, then another, then a 25 and then Seth joined the game. When all was said and done, Seth had jumped and made 48"
That's a helluva long ways for a guy that is not particularly tall. That's a long ways for one who is.
All in all, everyone who showed up today worked hard and are stars in their own right. Some highlights:
