Partner Angie

Today was a tough workout for all involved. Since some classes had uneven amounts of attendants, some Crossfitter’s did the regular Angie of 100 reps of pull ups, push ups, sit ups and squats for time. Partner Angie is actually 200 pull ups, 200 push ups, 200 situps and 200 squats for time. All agreed that this whole week has been a series of very challenging workouts, so most were happy to finish Partner Angie and have the next two days to rest. In case any Crossfitter’s don’t know, next week all classes will be covered by either Claudia or Shalene. Please note that next Friday the box will be dark and I cannot stress enough the importance of signing up for classes you wish to attend. Thanks to all and have a great weekend!

    I know it was a tough week and ya’ll did an awesome job. Thanks for your dedication! As Claudia said, I’m heading out of town on Fire Dept. business for the week so Claudia and Shalene will be running the show. Rest assured I’ll be there in spirit and thinking of ways to improve your experience.
