Overhead Squats
Today’s effort was the 3 rep max. barbell overhead squats. There were some great numbers from some and some frustrating ones for others me included. All in all, I think it was an important step towards the future for those that are interested in the OLY lifts as well as those that want to identify their weaknesses. After all, that is one of the concepts of CrossFit, identify weakness so we know where to focus our efforts. The numbers are:
