Hard to believe we're creeping up on Thanksgiving, the first of the holidays while on this challenge. It looks like folks are doing pretty well, I know I'm struggling a bit due to my schedule and love of Norcal Margaritas. It's hard to eat good while on the run, I was hoping for a little more normalcy in my life right now but that'll come soon.

I sent a question to Robb Wolf about Progenex as I have been asked to become an affiliate which is really nothing more than having product available here as well as making a pittance off of orders that are connected to our box. Of course my problem is that I am a firm believer in eating food to fuel ourselves and recovery so I asked the guru what his feelings are. Any bets on what his ideas will be?

The November on-ramp is half over, hard to believe. Rhonda and Debbie are certainly getting after it and Alyson has joined them so she can transition into regular classes at CFCV.

Please remember that it is appreciated if you sign up for classes ahead of time. Of course life gets in the way sometimes and makes that hard and things change but it helps the coach to anticipate how many folks will likely be in any class. And for you participating in the challenge, credit for workouts is derived from the sign up/in sheets and it's your responsibility to assure your name is listed on the sheet. It's the coaches responsibility to assure the names are highlighted verifying attendance.

If there are folks you know that may be interested in doing a December on ramp let me know. I was not going to do one due to the holidays and people's schedules but if there is interested by more than a couple of folks and they can agree to a consistent schedule I'll entertain the idea.

It's certainly nice to see classes with several folks in them, keep it up!

    I have a feeling Rob is going to say exactly what you just said.Food is better. Life is crazy at times and people dont have time to plan a post workout meal. Working all day, then doing a crossfit workout, staying at the gym all day or doing the homemaker duties, it gets tiring and for some they just dont have that extra fuel to finish there day of duties as a parent or non parent. For some life gets in the way and planning meals is difficult at times. What I guess im tring to say is…… Will it help with figue muscles?

    I am guessing …Robb will say that Progenex is processed “stuff” that includes milk and whey and you should know better. Eat Meat and Vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar.
    I have a bottle sitting on my shelf left over from “Fittest of the Sierra” back in April. They gave it away up there too. Haven’t had the guts to try it. Ingredients: NatraBoost (Whey Protein Hydrolysate) Natural Coca Powder, Natural Chocolate Flavor, Aspartame. Contains Milk, Soy Ingredients. Go with your intuition and don’t succumb to marketing bullcrap. We wouldn’t buy it anyways (or at least I wouldn’t). Have a great day.
