Tonight was the first of a new on-ramp program. Ashley, Julie and Jessica did a good job on the first WOD. I’m sure they’ll do well.

Ran across this today and wanted to pass it along. Obviously there are other points to be made about dairy and why Paleoers don’t partake, but maybe this will help those of you that are hung up on the calcium thing…

Was good to have Sheri back after being off for 10 days with an injury. We’ll ease her back into the normal routine but she’ll get there soon. Ten days is a long time but it comes back quick.

Congrats to Kathy Jackson for placing 14th in the half marathon on Sunday. Didn’t see kara’s place or time listed.

    I ran with Kathy, but did not get online to register in time to run the race officially. We finished at the same time 🙂 The race confirmed for me that Crossfit keeps you in pretty good shape for just about anything seeing as I really have not run very much or for any long distances in a long time. I am really sore though!
