Monday April 5th

Excited to start another on-ramp this Wednesday at 6:30 pm. So far we've got 3 for sures, a maybe and Darlene to finish her last workout from the last program.

Still toying with the idea of starting a barbell club just for fun that will follow the on-ramp time slot during the week. Once or twice a week is what I envision and I am  interested in doing this as a participant more than a coach. Of course I will be there to help but I wanna lift!!!!

Still haven't heard from the Fittest of the Sierra's dude but he did ask for a head count from all the affiliates both of participants and judges. So please either comment here or send me an e-mail. So far I believe it's Adrienne, Carrie, Andrew as participants and Kelly and I as judges. Please let me know if I'm wrong or there are more to add to the list. They would like to have at least 3 judges from each affiliate and maybe we'll get our logo back on their home page.

The past 2 years we were able to re invest $$$ from our tax return in equipment at CFCV. Aint happening this year so we'll have to increase revenue to make equipment purchases. Any ideas??

Count me in on the barbell club!!! But you knew that already… Seriously let me know if there’s anything I can do to help make that happen.

Whats the barbell club? I am SO excited to finally finish and start working out hard. See you on Wednesday at 1830.

  3. Personally, I say advertise. Kaia fit is doing something with the newspaper following 7 people through their bikini bootcamp. I know the UBC has also done that in the past. So maybe hit up record courier and have them do something like that with you. UBC one of the reporters actually did the program for free and in return they did the story in the paper. But they wrote multiple articles on it. Lots of people are handing out flyers at cv days in the parade too. So I dont know if its too late to get a small float or something. You asked for ideas, now I bet you regret it! =) never ask dispatchers for ideas. We have way to much time on our hands.
