Mixed Workouts

The day began with Carrie Claudia meeting at CFCV for the Saturday UBC Extreme session. Like Shalene and Caleb in the previous days they did the AOS Elevation workout. They too did 2 sets per round with a short break in between rounds. IN addition to learning some new kettlebell moves I think they had fun.

The it was Caleb’s turn. When he arrived, we did a deck of cards workout consisting of push-ups for the value of hearts, kettlebell swings for diamonds, ring rows for spades and kettlebell clean and squat for clubs. It was actually a really fun workout.

Next, newcomer Mike was by to see what CFCV is all about. Jeff C. also came with him and Jeff learned the AOS Firepower moves to take back to A shift at station 12. I hope Mike continues as I know our program will deliver what he is looking for.
