Today was drills an skills day. Both level I & II did the same workout, just less rounds for level I. The amazing thing is those who increased their rounds to get more practice or perhaps sweat more. We all did KB snatches 5R/5L except for a couple who did swings. Followed by 5 pull ups scaled form ring rows for one to strict/kip for a few. Then there were the barbell front squats varying from the trng bar (33#) to 75lbs for others. We followed that with push presses ranging from 33# to 75lb and then on to weighted pushups. Level I folks were rx'd at 5 rounds and level II 10 rounds.
