First off, Shalene and I did the ever popular Tabata stuff workout CFCV folks and the majority of C-shift have endured. This was the first time for Shalene and the fourth in 5 days for me. Then Carrie and Chris were here and they also gave it a shot. This is the second time for Carrie and she was gracious enough to repeat it so Chris could have the experience.
Then if that wasn’t enough Master Nyls thought it would be good conditioning to do Tabata kicks and body weight exercises at TKD class, to which Claudia and I could only smile to.
