Today’s workouts reflected 2 levels of CFCV members. First off Carrie and I did a deck of cards workout. I changed the movements a little from last time to include jumping pull ups, KB snatches, push ups and air squats.
The 4 o’clock crew is still sick and couldn’t make it, but the 5 o’clockers of Seth, Claudia, Mike and April were here. So Seth and Claudia also did the deck of cards while Mike and April did decreasing reps of ring rows, dumbbell thrusters, KB sumo deadlift high pulls, push ups and rowing machine. This was the first day back for Mike after about a month off due to illness. I think his performance surprised him in that he did better than he expected.
