More clearing of space and the addition of more stall mats cleared up space for more participants at CFCV. After working on the project Claudia tried for pr’s on the CrossFit Total and was successful. She increased her total from 260 to 325 with new pr’s in each lift. Just as Shalene did, her biggest improvement was on the deadlift. Great work Claudia.
The other workout of the day came when Carrie, Seth, Janeen and Jared arrived. They did 6 rounds of 30 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest of KB swings, pushups, KB snatches, box jumps, KB presses, and tire strikes. The 6 rounds was Carrie’s idea as I had slated them for 4. All participated and did a good job. Back to the station 1 grind tomorrow.
