OH Yeah! Here we go. First WOD of the CF open will be announced tomorrow. We have several CFCV athletes signed up to compete but only 4 have joined the team. If you're going to be a part of our affiliate team, go to the CrossFit Games website here and search for CrossFit Carson Valley in find a team. Then click on the join button which will send me a request to join the team. Then if you're worthy, I'll approve you JK.
