HUH?

Checking the stats for readership on this blog the last couple of days has been disheartening. The average views per day have run around 30 with a max of 108 on a single day. Maybe its time to make some changes?

Today’s workout at station included Roby, the R-141 crew of Denny and Peter and myself. Although I borrowed the workout idea from New Jersey CrossFit of a kettlebell deck of cards, I changed two of the four exercises. We used hearts for KB snatches, diamonds for KB clean and press, spades for GHD situps and clubs for KB squats. Was a good workout from all perspectives, in my opinion.
