Great Stuff in Cali

Stacey and I spent some quality time today learning from the best at CrossFit Redding. We attended Kelly Starrett's Mobility and Recovery cert with folks from around the country. Alena and two of her athletes from Battleborn CrossFit were there as well as Mellissa Urban and a few other well knowns.

We are now in Chico for Robb Wolf's Paleolithic Solution Seminar tomorrow. I hope to learn as much tomorrow as I did today. I have some questions to ask Robb among which is what is the most effective blueprint for a paleo challenge.

I learned a butt load today much of which will be incorporated in our program. One of Dr. Starrett's points today was how 100 day burpee challenges suck. I see his point and we'll talk on our return.

The other cool event yesterday was visiting my 83 year old aunt and my 103 year old grand father. Grandpa Haskins was 103 this month and still lives in his own home. His secret, Captain Crunch every day for breakfast!
