So I went on a rant about today's events, hit the send button and guess what? No rant so here goes again.

After the long weekend, some individuals decided to turn it up. Like April and her first unassisted pullups (kipping), Nicole and Lindsey jumping on the 25 inch box, Jared doubling the last round for reps and again Nicole and Lindsey adding another round. That's not to say all didn't work hard, they did.

Today's workout was "borrowed" from CrossFit Marina in Huntington Beach, Ca. and consisted of:

4 rounds of

  • 200m Row
  • 20 box jumps
  • 20 squats
  • 20 push ups
  • 20 ball slams

The level I workout was same rounds but 10 reps each
