Friday May 26th

I would like to welcome the latest edition to our family, Eli Haskins. My son Rusty who lives in Idaho and his wife Maribel became the proud parents yesterday. Eli is the 11th grandchild and counting steps by marriage of our kids, the 14th.

I am adding another link to the collection. I think it is appropriate with the Whole9 crew en-route and another on-ramp looming. This is an article Robb Wolf wrote on his blog quite awhile ago which I re-read occasionally. You can read it here.

We are closing in on the end of one on ramp and the beginning of the next. Tuesday  the 7th of June at 6:30 a new one begins. I previously announced it starting on the first but last month's isn't done yet, my bad sorry. For those of you considering starting the next one, you really ought to consider signing up for the Whole9 Nutrition Workshop on the 9th or 10th as well.

Some hard work by folks this week, you deserve a few days off so enjoy your holiday weekend. Tuesday will be here before you know it!

So I have to ask. I was talking to someone the other day about paleo. He was telling me that back in the day of the athens where they ate a shit load of legumes they lived longer then the caveman.???It was a proven fact.Hmm. I dont really know where he had gotten his information and I dont think he relized that maybe they didnt have the dinosaurs in the athens day??? LOL. Not to sure. What do you say to people with this kind of thought?? Just nod your head and walk away with a smile!!

  2. About 2 million years difference. Smile and walk away from people like this and other haters cuz they dont get it and arent interested enough to care.
