A big thank you is in order to Nu Systems for all they have done for CFCV. Not only do the employees and management make up the majority of CrossFitters that attend and work their butts off, but a nice piece of audio equipment was donated. Dan H. even came and trouble shot my sorry installation and turned the volume up to make it all complete. I really do appreciate the support and confidence these fine people and their families have given and pledge my best in return.
On a final note, Lisa’s son Zack gave us his first try today and hopefully he liked it and will return.
