First Day of Spring?

Sure seemed like it to me. Middle sixties or so during the day, windy and cold this evening. Today started with Shalene and I  doing another modified New Jersey CrossFit workout. We did 5 rounds of KB swings, thrusters (55 lb for me, 35 for Shalene), air squats, box jumps, rowing, and burpees for 40 seconds on 20 seconds off with a 1:20 rest between rounds. Then Janeen was by for the CFWU, KB swings and back squats. Then it was Caleb and Seth’s turn at the 5 round workout and April’s first day learning the CFWU and KB swings. All in all a pretty good day!
