Well there were workouts, but the first "official" workout is tomorrow. Today's was all about squatting with OHS, Front Squats and Back Squats one rep max for 5 rounds. For some this was their first exposure to squatting with weight so it was minimal. For others like Caleb, they showed their great improvements by lifting significant weight.
