This morning Heidi, Denny and Tracy came by for a bout with AOS’s Firepower kettlebell workout. I have mentioned this workout previously and provided a link to it as well.
At noon, the ladies of UBC Extreme began their second week of five with 5 rounds of kettlebell swings and active rest just like the guys yesterday. They also got their first taste of Tabata intervals by doing Tabata squats. I continue to be impressed with their fortitude and toughness. They are great candidates for full CrossFit workouts in the near future.
Caleb also was over for another round of CF warm-up and deadlifts.
For the next two days its back to work and an opportunity to play on the new pull up structure at station 1.
