Today’s workout included 5 rounds of 1 rep max shoulder press, 3 rep max push press and 5 rep max of push jerk. Although the push jerk was new to everyone, the efforts were strong. Janeen came back for day 3 and learned the push press as well as showing good improvement on her deadlifts. The numbers from the five rounds are:Dsc01193
