Eve of a New Year

Met with a prospevtive new member of CFCV today to discuss goals and expectations. Blaine is an adventure photographer that works at Lake Tahoe. I think we can exceed his expectations and look forward to providing our services to him as well as any newcomers.

Becky B came by CFCV today to put some numbers on the board, CrossFit Total numbers. This was her first time through the CFT and she is a greenhorn in the moves but not necessarily to the revolution (CrossFit).

Although the numbers aren’t initially impressive and her form can use some work, I am proud of her effort and she did well for her first experience with the lifts real time.
