CrossFit Total
Today, Denny and I met at Globogym to take on the CrossFit total workout. The workout is a benchmark consisting of one rep max squats, shoulder press and deadlift. The total of the three efforts are added for the CrossFit total. The CFT is then recorded and compared on subsequent outings. Our totals:
Me; squat 285, shoulder press 140, deadlift 350 CFT=775
Denny; squat 255, shoulder press 105, deadlift 350 CFT=710
It must be noted that Denny is nursing a shoulder injury which limited his shoulder press ability.
My last CFT was 760 an increase of 15 lbs.
