A busy day at CFCV with Shalene and I throwing some kettlebells to start off the day. Then Carrie met another CrossFit girl Cindy. Cindy consists of as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 5 pullups, 10 pushups and 15 squats. Carrie managed a full 18 rounds with some scaling here and there.

Then Peggy was here doing her thing and then it was Claudia’s turn with Cindy. She also scaled some but managed 17 rounds. At 5:00 Caleb and Seth showed up for some kettlebell work and this was Seth’s first time here. All in all it was another eventful day with some impressive work cranked out.

    Cindy was just about the longest 20 minutes spent working out. She is a challenge and I am looking forward to meeting her again! Hopefully I will do better next time!
