Better Late Than Never
Or so they say. Yesterday's workouts were a 500m row and joint mobility warm up followed by a workout similar to a deck of cards using 2 dice. Level 2 folks did 5 rounds of run 400m and on their return to the gym, the 2 dice were rolled and the exercises assigned to the different numbers were performed.
