Basics

Today’s workouts focused on basics. From the one o’clockers working on deadlifts, some for the first time, to Nicole’s excellent effort on her first Helen. She did an 11:59 with wide band and 12kg KB on this her fourth workout ever at CFCV.

Shalene, Claudia, Seth, Caleb and I did the main site workout from a couple of days ago that consisted of shoulder press 1X5, push press 3X5 and push jerk 5X5.We can all use the work on these basic but important lifts.
