Back to Bells

Due to the myriad events of Sunday, one session was held when the Rubio’s came over at 9:00. We did a mix of moves that made for a good Sunday workout.

Today was a different story. First Shalene and I did the 14 round kettlebell workout called Providence devised by Anthony Diluglio of Art of Strength. Peggy returned for a somewhat modified workout due to some knee pain she has been having. April, Barb, Mike R. and Sarah were in after the lunch hour and did another kettlebell workout called Elevation II. This workout is a good one to reinforce the basic kettlebell moves. Janeen and Jared also did Elevation II during their session.

Then the level II’s (Claudia, Seth and Caleb) were in the house to give Providence their shot. All in all, everyone worked their butts off and it was good to perform these kettlebell centric workouts again.
