Back Squats and More!

So Wednesday was back squat day, and CFCV had many doing it for the first time. Even though there was only two classes on this day, those that showed up made a great showing. Most worked on form with lower weight, which is the best way to go, however, Caleb did push himself a bit and proved to have excellent form even at a high weight, great job Caleb! Since I only covered 2 classes on Thursday, I can only comment on them. The workout of Thursday was : 800 m row 20 swings 20 push ups 20 pull ups 20 knees to elbows (K2E) 600 m row 15 swings 15 push ups 15 pull ups 15 K2E 400 m row 10 swings 10 push ups 10 pull ups 10 K2E The morning crew of “Nu Systems” people–Caleb, Jared, Janeen, Ashley, Sarah and April, rocked the workout and walked away quite sweaty, Shalene will be covering the later classes but I am sure all who show up will work their hardest. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!!! Call the gym or find some other way to contact us if you are not able to come to the class that you are signed up for, that’s what the sign up sheet is for!     Yes, thank you Claudie!
    On a separate note, I will be out of town all next week and won’t be back until Sept. 8th. 10 days of no Crossfit; ugh! it’s going to hurt when I get back. Have fun without me.
