Yesterday's workouts were a mixture of the mainsite AMRAP 20 15 pull ups, 15 ring push ups, 15 ghd sit ups and 15 ghd back extensions and running 800 meters, 600 meters, 400 meters and the "Bear" or barbell complex between the runs. Most substituted push ups for the push jerks.

In addition to the regulars, Kara was here for her 3rd workout with us and Lindsey brought Kim with her for her first.

Based on Nicole and Mark's comments to Monday's posting, I better pay attention to the rounds everyone puts in if I'm going to include them in posts. I will do that, sorry.
