A Shifters descend on Station 1
The whole A shift crew managed to make it to station 1 for 13 minutes of fun throwing kettlebells. Ron, Nikki, Jeff, Kevin, Andrew and the ride along completed the following regimen:
5 R/L high pulls or snatches
5 R/L Swings
5 R/L kb squats
5 planche push ups
rest 60 seconds
Five rounds
Of course some needed some initial instruction on the exercises and all pu tin a good effort.
Roby gave me this workout at station 4 the next day but “forgot” to mention I had 1 minute of rest between sets…No wonder “Pukie” was rearing his ugly head for a while…
