Today marked the beginning of sorts for a CFCV regular and prospective member. This morning Doug came by to check out the "garage" and stayed for his first workout at CFCV. As a climber, Doug has plenty of upper body strength and I think he got a good workout with 5 rounds of 20kb swings followed by active rest. Those that do this workout (including me) wonder what is the hardest, the swings or the "active rest" moves.
This evening Caleb returned for his first real workout. Following the CF warm up, Caleb also got to experience a scaled version of 20kb swings and active rest. He too felt the punch but continues to improve on a daily basis.
