On duty for both days and took a rest day yesterday. Today was a different story though. The station 14 units, the training and safety Capt., plus Lisa came to station 1 for their workout and had a good one. Matt K, Denny, Chad, Scott F., Ed the tern, Steve K., Sky, Lisa, Ron S. (the arm-fit guy) and myself did the following workout: 20, 16, 12, 8, and 4 reps. of KB squats, KB press, KB snatch, ring rows and slam balls (20 lb ball). We followed it up with Tabata planks. Everyone one pushed themselves and I think it was quite challenging.
The artwork is in and the order placed for the first run of CFCV silk screened t-shirts. It’s an exciting milestone at least for me.
