Today’s workout was back squats 3,3,3,3,3. Following the CFWU, Caleb Mike and I worked up to our 3rm for the 5 rounds. Caleb used 185 lb, me 205 and Mike 135. I think we’re all capable of more but this was the first time for this workout for both Caleb and Mike. In fact this was Mike’s initial exposure to back squats out of Globogym. Range of motion and technique will improve with time!!
