The 1:00 gals were first on scene today. April, Sarah, and Tiffany did the level I workout while Barb stepped up to swings, box steps and some rowing.

The level I workout Consisted of: 3 Rounds of 30 seconds of; push ups, jumping pull ups, sit ups, box jumps, KB swings, wall balls and 1 min rest. Here are some pix from their effort:Dsc01261

At 4:00 Mike was in with Jared, and Janeen. They three gave the level I workout their best shot.

Then Claudia, Caleb, Seth and I did the Art of Strength kettlebell workout Firepower.
