Wow what a beautiful day! After some early spring cleaning, Mike came by for his workout. Following the CF warmup, he learned of the one-two punch that the couplet of kettlebell swings and wall balls can deliver.
Then it was Caleb’s turn. He has been doing the Burgener warmup following the CrossFit warmup for quite some time now. The mainsite workout of push jerks 3,3,3,3,3 was just what the doctor ordered for him. On this his first outing with the push jerk, he threw up 75 lbs.
