CrossFit Carson Valley BootCamp is a non-traditional way to get in shape and feel great! Our functional fitness program is effective and can be scaled to all fitness levels. We incorporate kettlebells, medicine balls, bodyweight, and more into our high-intensity training program. We believe in the theory that constantly varied high intensity workouts will achieve the best results for your overall fitness. CVCV BootCamp athletes can achieve improved stamina, endurance and strength resulting in a lean, toned body. CFCV BootCamp is a 6 week program that meets Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays at 5:30 a.m. Don’t be worried that you can’t do it. You can do it and we’ll help.
