Don't have much to post about today but really want to encourage everyone to listen to Robb Wolf's podcasts. The second one is up and it really is another good one.
How about Dutch's post yesterday. I would like to think we spend quality time working on the almighty squat, all kinds of them. Most folks have come a long way and some of us have a long way to go but there's only one solution and that is to practice the movement correctly. Squat on!!
