Kara is also worthy of recognition for the vastly improved overhead squats she displayed this morning. She has come a long way and it is gratifying to witness her improvement.
We are closing in on the end of the snatch progressions and will be taking the bar to the ground and doing the full monty next week. That's not to say that we won't be doing the progressions anymore, just that everyone should be familiar with them and be ready for the full snatch. Exciting stuff eh?

As always I've been monitoring the Robb Wolf blog and he posted his first podcast yesterday. Hopefully all of you have heard it but if not, here's the Link . The podcast is around 40 minutes in duration and there are nuggets throughout, especially the last 10 minutes or so. Be sure to listen to it in its entirety.
A reminder, this Sunday will be the free public workout at 10am. The purpose is to introduce CrossFit to folks that have been curious but unsure of the intensity and movements. The workout will consist of mostly bodyweight movements that are scaled for everyone's abilities.
